Undamaged and resaleable product return conditions include but are not limited to:
Returns must include all items sent in the original package.
Returns must be sent in the original undamaged packaging.
Screen protectors must be unused with all contents of the package in their original condition.
The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided by ESR must be visible on the shipping label.
*Please be advised, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the buyer (payment on receipt is not supported), and the shipping cost of the original purchase will not be refunded. We do not provide refunds for any costs incurred due to returns.
