How long is the warranty period for your products?
All Products are covered by our one year warranty. Please note this policy is only applicable for products purchased on esrgear.com. For products purchased on Amazon, other websites, or in a physical store, please contact the customer service of the respective platform for any warranty claims.
To claim your warranty, please submit a ticket to our customer support team for assistance. You will need to include high-resolution photos clearly showing the defect. If your complaint is deemed valid, we will then replace the item at no charge, with a new product of the same model and style.
Please note the following are not covered by your warranty:
1). Products without sufficient proof of purchase
2). Lost or stolen products
3). Items that have passed their warranty period
4). Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
5). Free products (those sent to you for giveaways, reviews, videos, etc.)
6). Repairs through 3rd parties
7). Damage from outside sources (including wear and tear)
8). Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
9). Products not received due to the incorrect shipping information provided
10). Errors in tax calculations due to the incorrect postal code provided
11). Natural yellowing of clear cases
Please be advised, shipping fees are non-refundable and return-related shipping costs will be borne by the returner. Any discounts that were applied due to a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s). Discounts that were applied to second/subsequent item(s) may be revoked on partial return of an order, and unreturned items may be charged at original price. Shipping fees may also apply.
ESR is NOT liable for
•Misuse of the products, or non-compliance with their user manuals
•Any accidental, indirect or punitive damages incurred from use of ESR products, including but not limited to; loss of data, device damage, monetary loss etc.
•Any deliberate distortion or abuse of warranties for personal benefit
